Qigong is a traditional practice that involves breathing and movement as a method of circulating and using the energy in the body. It is sometimes connected with a Chinese martial art, but it is more in tune with the energy in the body and how it can maintain your health than a martial art is.

The Chinese people who practice Qigong see the practice as a breathing and movement exercise the seeks to reduce the amount of stress in the body.
