Gluten Sensitivity-The Reason Behind That Stubborn Belly Fat?
It can be odd how you learn one idea when you had been seriously focused on another thing altogether.
I had been having some small health issues and so I thought i would consider removing gluten from my diet program to ascertain if it might help me to feel better. Well, not only did I feel better but my vitality increased and my pants got loose – completely unplanned.
First of all, what the heck is gluten?
Without delivering a lengthy, dull description of what gluten is, gluten is merely,
“…a combination of plant proteins found in cereal grains, such as wheat, rye, barley..it is also used as an adhesive in making seasonings, especially monosodium glutamate (MSG).”
-The American Heritage Science Dictionary
Surprisingly, gluten may be found in a number of foods like salad dressings and also soy sauce! It is no surprise numerous people today are building up a sensitivity to the stuff, its in every thing! (I do need to mention that gluten sensitivity isn’t to be confused with gluten intolerance – a whole different problem completely. These folks become very sick if they eat even the smallest portion of gluten. This would certainly not be us
Okay, so back to the thing i discovered…
I was indeed still eating carbohydrates, so this wasn’t just a “cut out all breads and pastas” low-carb sort of issue. I continued to take in those things, however in gluten-free form.
I would mention that I lost mainly inches/body fat, not really pounds, because I only lost about Two lbs….however my clothes were fitting better. I was not making the effort to lose weight at the moment, but I thought, “Hey, this may end up being good for somebody want to lose weight or even just just persistent tummy fat.”
Because of this, I personally passed this concept on to a good friend of mine, who coincidentally had just been recently complaining about her stubborn tummy fat. She experimented with it and in just a 7 days, noticed a major difference in the way her clothing was fitting, as well as a definite reduction in belly size. I think in the end, she dropped almost 2 clothing sizes, without exercising. Not too shabby I’d say!
So, not surprisingly, I realized I was onto something.
The Master Plan
It is actually really very straightforward to carry out, don’t worry about it. Just drastically lower or even eliminate completely all gluten from your diet. Replace those things with gluten free variations. There it is. No crazy restrictions, or being hungry, or cravings to manage. Try it, you may end up being pleasantly impressed. The truly neat thing is the fact that hitting the gym would simply make the benefits even better.
