What products would be recommended to help build muscle?

I recently started to lift weights again and I want to know what products I can start takin to help me build and tone my body?? I know muscletech is a good brand but what products there are so many and what do they do……..i have also heard about a product that will make ur veins show better like bodybuilders what is that? please help thanx!!

    drink an energy drink
    work out for a 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours
    bench
    curl
    legs
    everything
    eat a 30gram protein bar

    do this monday wednesday and friday
    or
    tuesday thursday and saturday

    that will work.
    you’ll notice a significant difference in as little as two weeks.

    man, take M test, if your not 19 go to the gym and find someone to buy some for you, youl get huuge trust me, im 16 now, but when i was turning 15 it got me ripped, i was tired of being small in the 120′s so i took action and got a membership at life styles, i worked out everyday for like 2 hours at the gym, i took createne and whey every day, createne like 30 mins b4 i worked out and why right after, and i started this all at once. i’ve worked out at home and took nothing for a bit before this but it was time to accelerate, and this is the starting of the summer in grd 10 when i was turning 15, so i got the membership, did bicep/chest, next day back/triceps, next legs/lats/abbs, every day i did one of those 3
    then working as hard as i was and eating 4 big meals a day, i could only gain a pound or two a week, so i got M Test, i started gaining like 4-7 pounds a week for like 2 months of taking M test
    it was sick
    through the whole thing, i went from 124 to 168,(counting the month i worked out without any suppliments, just working out a lot and eating big meals gaining 1 to 2 pounds a week) i probably weigh more now, but yeah just do that, you gotta work real hard but your muscles will balloon, youl be beast
    ps. try and do more free wiehgts then machines, thats what really gets you big, all the balancing and what not.
    (i dont know if M Test is a steriod, im pretty sure it isnt, it gave me NO acne, and i have pimples in general like most teenagers, and it gave me no gyro or hair loss or small genitals, it gave me rage tho but that probably came on its own)
