what kinds of exercises can i do to confuse my muscles?

any but random: but don’t work the same area every time i.e pushups on tuesday but 2 weeks on the next tuesday dont do them – do situps
try this – X = work [random workout i.e no patterns]

Switch to a plyometric routine and you will reap benefits!

it’s not that you need different exercises to confuse the muscles, but rather change up the order of the routine.
for example. (biceps) – dumbell curls, preacher curls, cable curls….. whaterver you want. the next time you go to work on this particular muscle, just change the order of the exercise and it will keep the body from getting into a routine. this will make muscle treat it as a new set of exercise everytime. therefore confusing the muscle for peak gains.
