Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t train much differently to other bodybuilders. Try to find a copy of the movie ‘pumping iron’. It shows how he trained. Or just look him up on youtube.
I would say always train your weakest muscles first so that you can use maximum intensity to improve them. Most guys train the larger muscle groups first like chest, back, legs then shoulders and arms. As you become more experienced you need to find what works best for you as everyone is different. Your diet is very important also. Many bodybuilders ingest 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight to ensure maximum growth.
