		<description>There&#039;s nothing in generally available protein supplements that&#039;s not just extracted from regular food, mainly milk sometimes eggs.  High quality protein is essential if you&#039;re trying to build muscle and although you could in theory take it in as normal food, it&#039;s much easier to get the extra - over and above your normal food - by taking it in liquid shake form.

Be aware that it takes years to build a great muscular body.  Be patient and consistent and determined with your training and diet and you will succeed.</description>
