    you could do curls reverse curls push ups, push up variations, etc.
    theres a bunch more on youtube

    and you should look for the healthy foods, make calcium, protien, vitamins a and d, iron but don’t be religious to your healthy diet, you should do like a freeway once a month or something.

    to build muscles eat proteins such as chicken, beef, lamb, they are good sources of iron, eat alot of salad especially spinich (alot of iron) have junk food once in a while such as mc donalds. I would advise you to go to your doctor and ask for a nutritionist, he or she will advice you on what to eat for the reasons you want. take care and good luck hun.

    I reccomend some one legged squats to start you off =]

    hold the dumbells in each hand and get a good burn goin in your legs

    the next day do some dumbell deadlifts

    these are some funny looking workouts, but those two are BY FAR the most important

    the next day do some dumbell presses, and then some curls

    finish off with close grip pushups

    NUTRITION

    eat a meal with healthy protein and healthy carbs every 3 hours (example: brown rice and chicken, steak and potatoes, protein shakes and penut butter sandwiches)

    hope that helps buddy! after a few months with those dumbells I recomend a gym membership
