Meat is the ONLY natural source of protein.

  2. Violet Pearl Says:

Food (meat, dairy, eggs)- you’d need to eat enough per meal. Your body weight x .6= grams of protein per meal (3 meals a day). Use a protein powder if you don’t get enough through food.

I take a whey protein supplement before and after working out. I don’t notice a dramatic increase yet, but I do feel good while working out. It’s a great source of energy during my exercize.

And no meat is not the only source of natural protein — eggs, beans, etcs are great and healthy sources.

Lean protein: chicken. veal, beef, turkey. (do not eat pork…it has a lot of fat)
B4 preparing your food trim out the fat as much as you can to avoid consuming useless calories.

Go to GNC and look for a powdered drink mix called Whey Protein..its good for muscle bulding…

    Good Luck…
