My brother uses GNC Pro Performance100% Whey Protein, I dont really know what its for, but he is a really big workout freak and I think it just builds muscle.

My boyfriend uses the Myoplex Original ready to drink. He drinks it usually after his workout. This is the website

you need to reduce your body fat first. the level of body fat is a direct indicator of the bodies current ability to metabolize and utilize nutrients. the higher the body fat % the lower insulin sensitivity is in the muscle cell. when IS is low less nutrients are shuttled into the muscle cell and more into the fat cell making it much easier for the body fat to continually increase when there is a caloric excess in the diet. you need to get your bf down to the mid teens at least before you can make any major increases in muscle mass. controlling insulin is both the key to controlling body fat and muscle mass

I don’t have the time to write you a workout, but I’m 20 and about a year ago I tried a bunch of diferent proteins to see what was best for me, Muscle Milk is very popular, I found that it tasted absloutely horrible! when I was done my shaker was coated in grease, and I think it made me gain fat! Don’t waste your money on that ****!

In the end Pro Complex came out on top, it’s made by a company called on, it’s got 64g per serving, some acids and almost nothing else, which is great, I’d rather spend my calories on something I actually want to eat. It doesn’t taste half bad either, which doesn’t matter much to me as long as it gets results. You can get all supplements online much cheaper than health food stores, don’t go run into a gnc and drop a bill.

As far as other suppliments, I’ve done my research and I choose to stay clear of creatine and all the other fad things out there, you can get plenty of everything else from your diet, but it’s up to you.

Finally know that if you drink protein don’t expect to wake up with massive biceps and bench 400lbs. You probably won’t even notice the difference, it’s not a miracle substance, just an aide.

Make sure your drinking enough water. Good luck.

the best stacks ive seen or used is the personalized ones! dont buy pre made stacks! too expensive. cause its all fancy name brand stuf, and then you end up paying way more for the name

a stack is just supplements you take together for best results.

i stack protien, creatine, and AAKG. gutamine. also vitamins and caffine.

and it works great for me.
