		<description>am not an expert at this, but i have been working out for over 2 years now. am 21  years old so i started working out when i was still in high school. i took this liquid amino acid. the key point here was not really counting calories (though i did do a rough count after the day was over) but it was really reaching a certain protein level. for instance, at that point i was weighing 155 lbs and am only 5&#039; 10&#039;&#039;. i ate like 5times a day and wouldnt gain an ounce. but soon after taking luquid amino acid (if am not mistaken it was isopure amino acids LCA) roughly about 2500 calories and the most important part reaching 155 grams of protein. withing 2 month i was weighin 170 lbs and saw really good results especially in my abs. here the good things about us &quot;small&quot; figure guys ... we dont really have to burn fat to see results fast. in order for muscle to pop out and show great detail u must have less than 11% of body fat, (we already won 1/2 the battle) now all we need is actually get muscles. so a good diet, hard strong work-outs 5 days a week and some good diets will do the trick, but amino acids gives u that edge along with some good mass fast ..... goodluck</description>

		<description>If you are at least 18, you can go to your local drugstore or Wal Mart and buy Cretin.  It has no bad side effects.  I have not used it personally, but my friend used it and he is a professional body builder that has won many contests.</description>

		<description>I would just take protein supplements, and work out a little. I take the AnyWhey protein supplement because it is one of the only protein powders that has 0 grams fat perserving. So I can use as much as I want and not have to worry about how much fat I have eaten that day. What ever you do son&#039;t take creatine! This is often used as a steroid supplement, but it will change your mood and make you angry and enraged more often then you normally are. Don&#039;t mess with that stuff.</description>
