What heart rate zone do I need when i run so i can get leg and ab muscles?

RJ asked:

I have been exercising every day, doing 4 sets of abs and push ups with 20 reps each. I also run every day for about 20-30 minutes. I am a little skinny (not too much though) but i need to body build. I am 15 years old and i want to know what is a good heart rate after running so i can be able to know when i’m exercising correctly, especially my abs. Thank you.

  1. Healthy Helen Says:

96 beats per minute after running is a good heart rate

you need to have a healthy diet….. remember that…
