well there are a few exercises.

The best is push ups. But even push ups have got different variations. There are the normal one wiht hands shoulder width apart. These train the pectoral major. Then you can do with your hand close to each other…these train the inner pecs. You can do with your hands spread wide apart. These train the outer pecs as well.

You could also do push up with your legs on something above the ground. That trains your upper pecs. ALso you can do push ups with a diamond shape formed with your thumbs and first fingers. These train the triceps.

The good thing about push ups is that you train the arms and tricpes and back as well. It is more like a compound exercise. Of course the question now beocme how many sets and reps and how many exercises and how frequent. I would train on alternate days or everyday with different exercises. The best would be to do at least 3 sets with the most u can do per set. Rest for about 1 or 2 min between each set. Do about one push up variation for each part of the pec. Normal, outer, inner and upper and do one for the triceps. If you wanna do on alternate days split the above.

Remember you need to let the muscle rest for at least a day. Do it too frequently and the muscle is never given an opportunity to recover and come back stronger then before. As you get stronger, you can start adding weights to the push ups. I carry my back pack with some book in it for the added weights and intensity.

    Good Luck
