here’s the deal….the old man ( not that old actually, he’s 33, but that’s what i like to call him) is interested in putting on some size. he’s 6’5, about 225 lbs. has a nice built, a basketball players physique, but wants to mass up. any suggestions on muscle building & recovery products & upper body workouts to put on size. all suggestions would be very helpful & appreciated!!!!

This is what worked for me, BSN – N.O. Xplode, Cell Mass, and Optimum 100% Gold whey protien, but this is not gonna work unless he lifts hard, and he also needs to EAT. You should do some research on how to use these products, and other customer testimonials, because when I asked the same question I was lost with all the 1000s of supplements out there. I buy from.

Try swimming as this is a good overall workout: Just look at swimmers and their upper body for proof. (Plus it’s going to be fun for your pop seeing scantily clad girls in the pool – inform him though about swim trunks requirement in most pools, although being 6’5, he won’t look to shabby in a pair of tight trunks if you catch my drift)
