Teen bodybuilding supplements! need help in stacking ?

i am 16 years old and I’ve started bodybuilding 2 years ago . Last year i started taking whey protein . Now i bought Syntha 6 ( BSN) Cell mass (BSN) True mass (BSN) Nitrix (BSN) , hydroxycut ******** (Muscle tech ) and animal pack . I have all theses products but i don’t know with what to start neither which products should be taken together . I really need for your advices :) thanks

    Whew! Other than the whey & maybe creatine…you should skip the rest for now. Waste of money until you kow what your doing with them.

    I dont like taking protein supliments
    all my muscles are a product of hard work not drugs.
    it takes longer to stack up but man pure muscles are the best (their is a difference)

    OK, here is the real deal on supplements. They are not regulated by anyone. There are no standardized tests for ingredients or results. You hear all the time about athletes getting popped for using “performance enhancing drugs” when all they took was some supplement that was not supposed to have steroids in them but they do.

    Because there is no way to verify what is in them or what the results will be both short and long term, you are playing Russian roulette with your health and life.

    Unless you have a medical doctor helping you with this, my advice is to stay far away from these things. They are no better than snake oil.
