PLEASE HELP! I need highly beneficial recipes and exercises that is unique to my body chemistry/metabolism?

Thick/Oily SKin
Curly/Wavy hair
Blood Type: O positive
Acidic (certain foods make me cramp and bloat with gas)
5’2″ 190lbs ( but don’t look it)-Heavy muscle mass-
Adrenana body type: Adominal fat, thick waistline kinda “goofy lookin”,Athletically built( tend to build and tighten muscle very quickly).

    I think The American Diabetes Assn. has a cookbook. There are good vegan cookbooks out there too. You might be able to find some recipes by doing a google search for diabetes recipes or vegan recipes. My doctor told me I must walk 1/2 hour every day no matter if it rains or snows.
