Eating too many carbs adds fat I think.
You should combine what your already doing to a low carb diet and eat lots of protien for muscle</description>

YOur really active and on your feet.  That's a good thing for you.  

Eat well.  Dont skip meals...and drink lots of water.  YOu need the hydration especially because you're on your feet.  Plus...if you drink water rather than soda you'll lose a ton of weight.

yes, you have a good exercise program for decent shape.  Watch the calories though.  A couple of chocolate bars can undo the days exercise in terms of fat loss.</description>
