Is the exercise i do in the day enough to reduce some body fat?

at work i do maintenance so I’m on my feet for 5 hours , i do 20 Min’s jog in the morning run stairs for 20 Min’s when I’m home the a mix of jumping jacks skipping etc for another 20 Min’s? will this help me reduce body fat? does eating to many calories add body fat? a plan of food i need to build some muscle would really help Thanks
if it helps im 15 16 in 2 days

    yes, you have a good exercise program for decent shape. Watch the calories though. A couple of chocolate bars can undo the days exercise in terms of fat loss.

    YOur really active and on your feet. That’s a good thing for you.

    Eat well. Dont skip meals…and drink lots of water. YOu need the hydration especially because you’re on your feet. Plus…if you drink water rather than soda you’ll lose a ton of weight.

    Eating too many carbs adds fat I think.
    You should combine what your already doing to a low carb diet and eat lots of protien for muscle
