so ive been working out for a while now, but im 14 years old. and i was wondering could anyone, give me a excerise that will help me be build muscle threw out my whole body. especially my arms

    You need to build muscle in your brain.

    At your age, you shouldn’t overdo your workouts too much, don’t forget to do aerobic exercises as well like swimming (which works your whole body as well) and running, it will benefit you when you are older.

    there is no “one” exercise that will build muscle around your whole body. Your workouts have to revolve around the big 3 (bench press, squat, and dead lifts). each one should be done on a seperate day, and trained with it’s secondary muscle:
    bench press (chest), with delt and triceps
    Deadlift (back), with biceps and forearms
    Squat (quads) with hamstrings and calves
