Stick with the gym and drop the home workout.</description>

		<description>The main thing is to not work the same muscles on back to back days. Let them rest at least 48 hrs. Remember to pay attention to what muscles you are using in each individual workout as to not overwork them. And it is true that overworked muscles do not grow because they need time to heal. What makes muscles bigger is tiny tears in them. If they can&#039;t heal then you are working againt yourself. good luck</description>

		<description>If you feel like you need to do more, go for it. However, I would suggest running for 30 minutes of just doing pushups and pullsups.</description>
