i need help! what exercises are good for toneing my body?

i lost weight now im 129 5’2 but its all fat i have no muscle anything and i have big luv handles and my **** is so jiggley plzzzz what can i do to get my **** back but lose my love handles and tighten everything up the number 1 thing i need to fix is my back side my legs look to big for the size of my **** but i like the size of my legs what can i do to build my **** back up from no muscle to a cute round perkey **** do squats work or is it true it makes the **** toned but kinda flat and is belly dancing good for the luvhandle problem all answers are greatly appritieated

    CARDIO and lots of it! it will tone you right up with light weight training.

    yes, belly dancing IS very good for toning your waste and loosing fat-ive read that from many “reliable” sources. btw great job losing weight=) and for the butt, get in dog position. lift stretch one leg out as far and high as possible than take it back in. do that twenty times with both legs twice a day…itll help=)
