im 17 years old male, i do weight training. im pretty skinny (175cm 64-65 kilos). im looking to bulk up and gain more muscle. I was told to buy a product called musashi bulk, which will help me bulk. I was also told that i should buy a creatine to mix with the musashi bulk drink. what creatine type do you recommend for me?

No supplement is worth it. If you really want to bulk up at your age, you’re going to have to eat sometimes when you’re not even hungry. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals thoughout the day- mostly complex carbs and protein ….eat the simple carbs after working out, and drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep. Save your money. Good nutrition is all you need.

before you start on the supplements you really need to get your diet sorted out, there are no magic solutions to growing muscle you need a really good diet to get you started. im me and i will send you some info
