Help me to tone up my body?

I would like to tone up all of my body, but I haven’t got any money to go places such as the gym, swimming etc.
What home exercises would be good for me, so that I can tone up my body and build muscle?
I broke my wrist around 6 weeks ago and I am unable to support my body weight on it, so please do not suggest press-ups, pull-ups etc.
People have said to do squats, crunches etc.. But, how many crunches, squats etc should I do each day. How many times a day/week should I do then? etc.

go to your library and get some exercise dvd’s or tapes and use them. Try walking and yoga is great for toning your body!I try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and am now starting to see results. Good luck and sorry about your wrist!

really want to know how to tone up your body.. ican’t say without seeing your body.but i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.
