The best type of exercise for you is isometrics- isometrics involve using your own body&#039;s weight as a tool. Here are some examples of isometrics: push-ups, tricep dips, plank position, six inches, etc.
Go to, and type in isometrics. From there, you&#039;ll get a better explanation, along with videos demonstrating examples of isometrics. In addition, there are books written on isometrics.

Crunches, sit ups.

Pull up on clothes line lift yourself up to the chin from ground.
No clothes line? Use door.

Floor Push up&#039;s.

Push up&#039;s on a bench seat, lean out flat with arms on the bench seat and do push ups.
