The best type of exercise for you is isometrics- isometrics involve using your own body’s weight as a tool. Here are some examples of isometrics: push-ups, tricep dips, plank position, six inches, etc.
Go to, and type in isometrics. From there, you’ll get a better explanation, along with videos demonstrating examples of isometrics. In addition, there are books written on isometrics.
Best of luck working on your **** V shape! :)
