Exercise question (bodybuilding)?
I want to know which muscle group this exercise I thought of targets:
You take a cable machine (a two sided one as in there are two racks of weights to where you can attach a handle) and you attach the handles to the top/high attachments. Then you grab with each hand one of the handles so that your arms form more or less a right angle with the rest of your body and then pull the cables down to your hips and then repeat.
I searched for this on various bodybuilding sites but haven’t found this exercise anywhere. Does this mostly do the shoulders or does it focus on the trapezius?
I forgot to add that you stand straight, not inclined in any way.
I’ve tried bodybuilding.com’s exercise database and have found nothing. Also looked on exrx.net and got nothing there.

Have you tried bodybuilding.com? It’s a great site for all of that.
