Effective indoor exercises?

I’m girl that is 15 years old and 5′5″ with a medium body build. Do you have any recommendations for effective indoor exercises that will help me?

Squats, five sets of twenty and you will be SWEATING, no joke. This exercise melts fat away though most people wouldn’t think so. Also lunges, jumping jacks and burpees, though the latter is mostly for guys.
