Can swimming give you a good toned body?

What exercises/drills can I do while swimming, to lose my mufin top and turn it into a 6 pack, along with building muscle to get bigger? Your answer would really help!

    Yes, it will get you very toned! It is one of the best exercises out there.

    deifinitely, its a good cardio exercise with the added benefits of making your arms, chest, back, and legs stronger, pretty much a full body workout. make sure u eat a healthy diet too

    It can. One thing you can do is tie your ankles and then tie the other end of the rope to one of the pool eyes (where they put up the lane markers.
    Then using upper body strength, just swim.

    Yes, my friend is a swimmer and she has great leg and arm muscles. She’s only been doing it for a couple of months (like 4/5)

    swimming does help build muscle. you use your arms, abs and leg muscles to keep yourself up and moving above the water. you use your leg muscles to kick when your treading water to stay afloat above water. you can do the ****** stroke and the side stroke. do that on both sides. that should help.
