body building exercise help plz?

i currently am on a 4 day schedule
Mon- chest (triceps)-legs -abs
Tues off-(cardio)
Weds -arms- lats- shoulders
Thurs- Back-core training-abs
Fri-off(cardio)
Sat Total body workout ( light weight-high reps)
Sunday off (cardio or golf)

Set up your own training programme and have individual days where you train specific muscles and leaving at least 1 days rest at least inbetween each training session as rest is a very important factor in weight training as it gives your muscles time to repair themselves(while eating lots of protein-steak, fish etc). I only train twice a week at the mo, on a tuesday I do chest and biceps, and then on friday back and shoulders. If you want to increase this to doing a whole body work out, complete your first set of upper body exercises and during your recovery time complete lower body exercises, this is a gd way to work up a sweat.
