Best exercises to flatten my stomache and build upper body?

I’m about average weight and height and reasonably active on my job. I would like some exercises to target specific areas. What are the best exercises to flatten my stomache and maybe build up my chest and arms a bit at the same time?
So what is the correct way to do push ups?

    Push ups with different variations. Flex your abs when you do them

    Push-ups. But the correct way. (you will probably be really sore the day after you do push-ups)
