Back- Do wide grip pull ups as the chin up puts more on the bi&#039;s.
Shoulder- Don&#039;t forget the hammer raise- side/front.
Abs- Dumbell crunch 6 sets of 8 reps.

That&#039;ll do yer matey.</description>
